First Visit

Paperwork-There is some basic paperwork that we want need you to fill out-this includes your health history, basic personal information and insurance information.
On your first visit our priority we will review your health history, your current history,and what your goals for care are. We will then examine your spine,and you'll receive your first adjustment.

You remain fully clothed,while static and/or motion x-rays are taken only if necessary. Your exam consists of gentle palpation and a specific chiropractic evaluation. All procedures are explained in advance and we encourage your questions.

If you wish, you can bring a friend or family member to observe the adjustment.

Afterwards, we will outline our recommendations for your care-an individualized plan for any follow-up care (if necessary). We will also take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
